**ALL PAYMENTS MADE THROUGH DOCUMENTSEVA.IN ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.**
Once a customer makes a successful payment for any service, **no refund will be provided**, as the service processing may be initiated immediately after payment.
Customers are advised to carefully review the selected service, applicable charges, and required documents before making payment.
Once payment has been successfully made, the service **cannot be cancelled by the customer**.
Cancellation requests made after payment will not be eligible for a refund.

Such charges may already have been paid or incurred while processing the customer's request.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information and genuine documents.
If an application is delayed, rejected, or requires additional processing because of incorrect, incomplete, or mismatched information provided by the customer, **no refund will be issued**.
If a customer believes that they have accidentally made a duplicate payment for the same transaction, they should contact Saggu Enterprises with the relevant transaction details.
Any duplicate-payment claim will be reviewed based on the transaction records. Any refund, if applicable, will be considered only after verification of the duplicate transaction.
Payments on DocumentSeva.in may be processed through third-party payment gateways such as Razorpay.
A successful payment confirmation does not automatically mean that the requested government or third-party service has been approved. It confirms receipt of payment for the selected service.
Once payment is received, Saggu Enterprises may begin processing the requested service immediately.
Due to the nature of these services, **payments cannot be reversed or refunded after processing has commenced.**
